Default HELP!! TPS 100% after 67 Chevelle swap

I swapped in a 5.3 into my Chevelle. I reworked the harness that came with the motor. It was a DBW motor. I switched the intake etc and it’s cable driven now. I use LT1Swap.com and added the circuits for TPS, IAC and IAT. When I run the car I get a P0123 code. I plugged my little scanner into the OBDII port and it shows that the TPS is 100% open. Not really sure why it’s reading WOT.. I’ll try and futz with it. The sensor is not factory AC Delco. Is it possible to put the sensor on backwards? Dumb question..

its a 102mm tb from eBay. Came with my intake

I may have posted this prematurely.. took the sensor off and it came apart. Put it back together and put it all the way to 100% and my scanner reads 0%. Put the sensor 50% and scanner reads 100% still. I’ll get an ac delco sensor
