Holley has the best swap system. All parts fit and work together.

Holley for the win. Disassemble car, clean and paint it to your liking and bolt together your LS swap. They have a tech who has numerous threads here. Try a SEARCH for the member @Toddoky

I'll give my biased vote for using the Hooker Blackheart LS swap system/Holley oil pan set-up, depending on the actual transmission you are planning to use.

Just finished mine this last summer on my 71 Nova using Holley engine mounts, oil pan, headers, trans mount and fuel tank. No test fitting required. Went in great first shot. I took everyone else's advice to spend the money now to save a headache later

Toddoky is right just like the others who chimed in.
The holly swap kit is the easiest and best fit.
