Default Air pressure sound at fuel filter.

1994 z28 ls1 swap. After driving car for about hour with a little more than regular driving when I turned car off I could hear hissing sound coming from left rear. I figured it was from fuel filter area. Sounds like some type of pressure build up. And a couple of drops of fuel on ground near fuel filter area . Fuel set up consist of JEGS ls1 fuel rail, c5 fuel pressure regulator. And stock fuel line and fuel pump. What would cause this?

You have a leak. Fix it before it catches fire
