I thought the center pin was the alignment. If that is true, why not use 12mm bolts and leave the flange as is?

One concern with your setup... If you use that yoke (and you need to unless you're going to disassemble the transmission and replace the output shaft) you need a slip in the driveline somewhere. Now you are going to need a telescoping section in the driveshaft itself to compensate for the rear axle arc during travel.

1/2" is only .7mm bigger than 12mm. Are the bolts used to center the yoke, or the shaft protruding from the tranny flange? If the latter, use 12mm bolts and all will be good.

Center pin does align everything(see image), The driveshaft I ordered for the car does have a slip joint in the middle ,I will post pictures when i get it. So ,if i use the smaller bolts it won't twist ever so slightly from reverse to 1st ? I am all for going this route if it doesn"t cause trouble later.

Finally got right length serpentine belt on the 3rd try!

Put in new shifter base from , CORE SHIFTERS, The original shifter was from 2010 Camaro,it was meant to go between bucket seats. Studebaker has a bench seat ,this works great.

Default 48 Sudebaker LS3 Swap Wiring harness Questions

I want to start the LS3 engine but I don't know which wires i need to hook up. I have the harness, ECM , and gas pedal, the ECM has been reprogrammed so I don't need the emmissions stuff. This is also the 6 speed manual. Since I am swapping into the 48 Studebaker all I need is just the wires so the engine will start ,run, and charge. Does anybody know how to do this ?

I printed out these PDFs , and you lay them next to each other ,in order (1-6) it gives you a complete schematic, but I still don't know what I need ,just to make it run.

Love this built! I love how you keep it all simple; without making it a frame-off project, without cleaning everything...
