Default Need your help, OBD not working.

4.8 swapped into a 66 300SEL. Stock fuse block, and harness, uncut.
Starts, runs, idles fine. Shifts.
I cannot for the life of me get Obd to work. Pin 58 green wire, tried to connect it at the ecu itself, and at the H terminal of the c100 connector. Neither get a read from my mini Elm327 reader. I tried a different reader, same result, cannot connect.

Two grounds of the Obd unit go straight to battery negative, and one to positive. Obd powers up fine. Cig lighter fuse is fine, just nothing from the computer. I tried connecting a positive lead on multimeter to pin 58, I get nothing on AC and DC voltage.

Earlier, I checked all PCM grounds and 12v, all were fine. I'm dumbfounded. Please help.

I'll do whatever you guys suggest. I even cut pin 59 from the ECM , as I read that another user had the same issue, but all were solved after cutting pin 59(yellow) in the blue connector. On a final note, I haven't had the ECU programmed. When I got the truck, I disconnected it's BCM while it was running, and did not need to program it. But from what I understand, pin 58 should still give me a read?
