Default LS Swap Driveshaft

So I have a driveshaft I had built for my LT1 383 T-56 in a 94 Z28. Now I have swapped in a 5.3 LM7 and a 4L60e. Do I need to have my shaft shortened or yoke changed or anything? I've found mixed answers when searching this and other sites.

thanks!

Measure from tailshaft housing to rear end. Different from before? You will have your answer.

Is the LS placed in the same bellhousing location? I believe the difference in transmissions is only about a 1/2" If you've already swapped the motor then the best thing to do is get under there and try it.

You have to measure/mockup. Nobody else knows enough about your swap to answer.

All I know is that a LS T56 and a 4L60e use exactly the same driveshaft.

I think there are quite a number of "T56" variations though.....
