Does anybody know?
I sent him to ECUs 10 days ago and have not heard anything back. I have emailed him twice and he doesn't answer the phone number on his website and doesn't have answering machine!

Silly question but did you contact him before you sent your PCM?
I've never used him but maybe the guy is on holiday or maybe he stopped doing the work unexpectedly and couldn't update his site.

Do you have a tracking number? You can see if it's been delivered at least, or maybe get it back if it's just sitting there.

I'm sure he's still in business. Probably just got a lot going on. Like Gofast said, did you talk to him before sending the PCM's?

I know it may sound stupid but no, I didn't contact him before mailing the stuff which I have done before. He has reprogrammed two ECUs in two separate occasions in the past for me. Each time I just mailed the ECU along with the email on the same day. I usually get an email in a couple of days but this time I have not heard anything back after sending him two emails. I guess I trust people whom I have done business with!
Yes with tracking, I shipped them priority and it was delivered to a person. I understand he might be busy but hey he is busy for his customer, right?
On the personal noted, hope everything is fine with him personally. Is he a vendor here or does he have a user name here?

I asked if you had contacted him because he may have said he was going to be out of town for a few weeks or something. It is summer and the travel season . I dont think he's a sponsor on here but his username is Busta9876, may try PMing him.
