nope.. wont fit at all..
you have three options...
1 modding thirdgen hooker longtubes to work with the LS1.
2 hawks pricy (but stainless) headers..
3 custom headers

Default Custom headers

What I did was order a set of headers from Street and Perfromance that I thought would come close to fitting my application. I told them not to coat them and to just tack weld the pipes to the flanges. After I test fit them I found that only one pipe on the driver's side needed to be modified to fit. Took that pipe out and had it rebent to my specifications. Welded all the pipes in and sent it out to Jet Hot. They will also sell you one side only so you can get one type for one side and another for the other.

I believe www.jagsthatrun.com fab some longtube headers for v8 240z cars.

Their headers get really good dyno numbers, if I remember they got 18whp over the edelbrock headers.
