Keep the LC2 in it...if you were thinking about doing it.

Wouldn't it be the same as putting an LS1 in a Regal? Does't sound like anything special. I think the Turbo 6 was more impressive.

LS1 tech voted the GN the most badass 80's car.

I'd say keep the v6 in it unless you make it a turbo or TT LS1. Deturboing the car would put it to shame.

He said nothing about doing it himself or opinions. He said he saw it on eBay put didn't know how to post up a link. I'll do it for him. Thanks for the find Turbo6, it's quite interesting to look at.

LS1 Grand National

Also T6, in the future if you want to put a link in there're two ways of doing it. The really easy way is to copy the URL and paste into the message box. The pretty easy way is the way I did it above ^^^
When you are creating a post look up above the text box. There is Font ... Size ... Color. Right under 'Color' is a little globe (blue/green ball) with what appears to be a staple on top of it. You click on that and it brings up a prompt. Type in what you want the link to be titled. I typed in "LS1 Grand National" Hit enter. A new prompt will come up and ask for the URL. That's the web address, so copy and paste what you want to link to in there. Then you're all set!

its def cool looking, i would never do it! i love the gn's the way they are. i have a gn motor in my 3rd gen convt. i just thought that u guys would like to see different things, but i tell you that i would never do that those cars are awsome. if i would do something like that i would use a regal so i don't devaule a gn, and i would off built the **** out of the motor to do better than 11's, u can get a unopened gn motor with basic bolt ons and run low 11's

****. The ******* who built it is a fellow coonass. I hate when people screw up turbo Regals like that. They are TURBO Regals for a reason, and the whole thing that makes them what they are is that little turbo V6 under the hood. It' s one thing to take a base Regal, throw an LS1 in it, and clone it to look like a turbo Regal (short of badges). That would make a damn nice car, without taking away the major component that makes the car what it is. Saw a turbo Regal in GMHTP once with a twin-turbo V8, also a nice car, but there goes another limited edition car gone wrong. The aforementioned LS1 GN is no doubt a gorgeous car, but it' s not what it is supposed to eb anymore.

LSU Blake? Like I said it' s a gorgeous car, and I' m sure it is fast. My only disappointment is that it' s not what it once was. In 1987, that was the fast production car you could buy. Now everything that made it what it was is gone. If someone wants to build a bad *** Regal, why not use a base model? Hell, you could buy those all day long for $5k or less. Not to mention having a better insurance rate.

Sure don' t, but it sounds like he needs a T-top car so he won' t have to drive from the back seat. From your input, I would actually be calling Alan the ******* anyway, since he did a lot of the engine work. Besides, it' s not my intention to **** anyone off. Opinions are like ********, everybody' s got one.
