Nope.
The good ol' 350 has siamese intake/exhaust ports, meaning two next to each other. That's why the two inside tubes on a 350 are together and the other two are at the ends of the head. LSx engines have evenly spaced ports.

Shorty headers are virtually useless, the 01-02 f-body manifolds flow just as well, and the 98-00 manifolds are almost as good.
I have seen people modify BBC headers to fit and 5.0L ford headers to fit since they are both closer to the design of a LSx engine. Otherwise you can just build a complete set of headers. Or see if you can fit a set of headers for a late model LS1 car in to your conversion vehicle.

i've heard alot of people cut the primaries off the exhaust manifold and fit em to hooker super comps... but that seems like a lot of work. if you're thinking about the swap into an older 4-body, most LTs and Mids dont fit anyways.. only place that makes the conversion headers is stainless works, and they charge over a grand for them
