1967 Chevy C10 w/ 6.0 Well I just picked up a 1967 Chevy C10 (K10 really), factory 4WD with rockwell 221 transfer case mated to an SM420 4-spd manual. I won't be working on it for another couple of months (it's in Minnesota and I won't be there until June). I was going to do this swap in a Cherokee but got an awesome deal on this truck!!! I'm planning on swapping in a 6.0, adding an LS6 camshaft (possibly LPE GT7) and building a twin turbo setup on it. I'll be doing a gastank conversion (mounting gas tank under-bed rather than in-cab), keeping the SM420 transmission, newer silverado seat (with integrated seat belts), redoing the wood bed, 2-tone paint (sunset orange and black) and restoring the rally wheels by powdercoating them black and installing the chrome trim rings and center caps, sitting on 35x12.50 tires (it has 33's right now), also rear roll pan (thinking about a front roll pan too, haven't decided). On the LS to muncie transmission setups, do you just use an LS1 clutch setup with 10-spline disc? Haven't seen any concrete stuff on this yet. I of course want to run something like a spec stage 3+. Truck should be fun with the granny low gears hahaha. It'll be a frame off build (coating the frame etc etc) like I did to my 69' Pontiac
