Saw this on another board. Still has to be one of the coolest conversions out there.

On the power tour, I saw a Corvair with an ls1 LOL!

Thanks, i looked at it but for right now im gonna keep it looking stock as posible on the outside......but i do plan on putting some huge rears on the back......and something like that would probably let me do it....but it still a little ricey for my tastes.......thats why i narrowed the back of the car 4 inches.....so i could fit all of it underneath the back.....lol

This thing is gonna be like that Focus they put a LS1 in awhile ago. Thing was crazy but just burned out through 4 gears cause no fat 315's in the back How are you planning on running the exhaust? Are you going complete sleeper with something quite restrictive but with a cutout right after headers to open up and scare the **** outta people when about to race or go with a bad-*** all the time straight through or something? Great innovative idea and good luck on the rest of the build.

That's awesome....A civic you can be proud of, hehe. There were some pretty strange cars on the tour this year, maybe we'll see you out there next year? Good luck, and keep the pics coming.

Wow! That's awesome! It instantly reminded me of that ford focus. Can't wait to see it rolling.

how are you going to do the stearing, pedals, and driver seat mounting. . . . is there enough leg room?

How bad was the rear from the hit, did the suspension survive?
