I made it the same..3" into a 4", then I am playing with it from there.

Today I finished the Engine.
Car is at the Shop, I am putting it in tomorrow.

This is after today's work. I got a late start, ran into a couple of problems, but I have everything set for tomorrow. I got to get the Balancer on, and then it's goin together. I had to modify the Motor Mounts, the Conversion Plates on the Engine spaced the Mounts out 1/4" wider on each side, so I had to move the ones on the K-Member to match that.

Well ran into some Snags today, but it's getting closer.
Looks like tomorrow is the big day..all that is left is some wiring, hooking up the Fuel, then it's on..

Well here is what I ended up with today..
I got to do some Wiring near the Ignition Switch, for some reason the Starter is not getting the proper Voltage. I tried to start it, and it was barely moving. I jumped it and it spun right over. That's where I ended the day..Car is full of all Fluids/Oil, and ready to start. After I take care of that, then I got to bleed the Brakes, and it's off to the Exhaust Shop.

Not to steal Merv's thunder but, here is an update on mine. A few pieces are on the way from GM and we should be ready to go.

Sweet man. I've been awfully friendly with GM myself lol...

Merv, what's the latest man? Still getting the bugs worked out?

It's good now..it's a runnin mother focker..
I can break loose the MT ET Streets that I have on it at 75 mph..and that is not trying too, it's just running really shitty cause it's pretty much un-tuned. It Cam-surges really bad.

The Wiring issue I think was a bad communication with the N/S Switch on the Car, for some reason the LS1 Computer is reading it differently, so I completely bypassed it.

I had a minor Cooling issue I had to work out as well.
