Default ECM reflash and 4l80 to 4l60 wiring info?

Howdy. I'm at the point in my 6.0 swap into a '48 Diamont T pickup that I'm ready to get the ECM reflashed. I've emailed a couple of guys here (after using the search function) with no response, so any help with who to send this to? A pm or email from anybody who can point me to the right vendor, or can do this would be much appreciated.

I've got a an '01 6.0 from a 2500 HD 4wd, a 4l60E from an '05 (if I remember correctly) van, the underhood harness and fuse panel from the donor truck, modifed per LT1 swap info. My rear axle is the same ration as the donor, 4.10's, and I'm using the same diameter 17" wheels and tires. I don't have elec. fans, I have all 4 02 sensors, and can use them with some weld in bungs in the headpipes. I think all I need is the VATS removed. I know that the pin connections in my 4l80E plug are different than the 4l60E trans, so some guidance as to whether I can simply swap the appropriate pins after having the ECM reprogrammed would be great as well. I have the VIN #'s fro the engine/harness/ECM and the trans as well.

You will also need to tell the tuner that your swapping to an 80e. But other than that everything should work.

I'm sending the ECM out today, thanks for the input. I'm still a little confused by the wiring difference going to the 4L60, as the harness I have is lacking two wires that the 4L60 uses, but hopefully he can advise me on what to do. It seems to be more popular to go to a 4L80E than a 4L60E. I didn't have room for the bigger case.
