Default fuel pump wiring

Ok, my walbro 255 is on the way, now Im kinda confused about wiring up the relay. To my understanding, it goes like this.

Pin 86 goes to a wire that you have to piggyback off of the stock fuel pump.

Pin 87 goes directly to the positive side of the battery or a constant 12v source with a 30A fuse.

Pin 85 goes to ground.

Pin 30/51 goes to the positive side of the walbro pump.

Now my question is what if I dont have the wires to the original fuel pump? Do I just leave Pin 86 empty?

Terminal 86 needs to go to pin 9 on C2 of the PCM. So that the PCM can turn the fuel pump on.
