Default And The Fun Begins

Ok guys my life officially begins.......Friday I picked up my LS7 block from fedex. Noticed some damage on the block but some members told me i should be ok.

Not sure of everything yet, but i am sure of this. Im shooting for a 440 stroker... This motor is going into my

94 Mazda RX-7 Efini Type R. this is a right hand drive car. im going to be making most of the stuff in my garage for the car. Im really excited and dont know if this is the correct spot for build threads but as it comes together ill post pics and info. That is if anybody is interested!!!

You bet we are interested. Please keep us posted. As for the damage, I would really check that close and file a claim if there is even the slighest chance of something that would cause you trouble later.

Good luck!

Pat

I'd send it back. If I spent that much $ on a block I'd want it to be perfect.

Sounds like you have a lot of work to do. Post some pics of your FD and post some pics of the one you have for sale. Where are you located?
