Default 98 f-body accessories on a 99 onward harness?

Sorry to start up a new thread...

I am not having much luck searching through the site.

Really like the title is asking - can you use a set of accessories (PS, AC, Alternator WP) from a 98 f-body with the ECM/harness of a 99 onward f-body?

I am planning to use the 99 onward LS1 ECM and harness for my engine, and am trying to source the accessories, and am curious to know if I could use the 98 accessories, I am sure I have read previously that the connectors are different but I can't seem to find that topic and am hoping that the answer is simply yes or no...

Thanks in advance

dunno where my other response went but:

on mine the only difference when I plugged it in were the temp sending unit and oil pressure sending unit

but I did not try A/C, AIR, EGR since they will not be used for me

UKRob, I went to www.rockauto.com and looked at the parts for the 2 years. I looked up 98 Pontiac Firebird TransAm WP, A/C Compressor, and Alternator and they are the same for a 99 Pontiac Firebird TransAm as well. All 3 are. I checked out the AC Delco parts to see if they were all the same #'s.

*EDIT* I just checked 2000 against 98, and they match as well.......

I cleaned up the parts and took some pictures. Don't look too close at the A/C compressor, I took a huge chunk out of my thumb, and quit cleaning parts up at that one.

The only part I don't have is the belt for the A/C compressor. I don't know where it went to.

98 will interchange with out a issue, the 98 used a actual coolant temp gauge in the dash and not just a go no go gauge.....

I'm using 98 accessories with a 99+ harness as well. You'll need a 99+ coolant temp sender for the drivers side head and if you have an 01-02 harness you won't have EGR, but other than that everyting should bolt right up.
