How do you tighten the belt ? I don't see a tensioner.

Its up by the TB. one of the smaller idler pulleys near the AC pump MIGHT be a tensioner. MIGHT

Doesn't the tensioner need to be the first one clockwise from the crank pulley. Easy fix.
Other than that this appears to be an excellent design.

Thanks for the credit. I clicked on this thread not realizing its mine . the tensioner is stock and the only one . since the pic I have switched to a non spring type tensioner ( Katech if I remember correctly ) due to belt slippage , other than that no issues with this setup , somewhere around 12,000 miles. Thanks ,JOHN

Sorry to revive an outdated thread, but I think this thread's longevity is a testament to how good John's bracket design looks. I looked at the Old Air and Vintage Air websites and couldn't find these brackets. Does anyone know if John has licensed these to anyone else to produce? S&P used to make something that looked similar, but they are no longer in business. I'd really like to buy these brackets for my never-ending project.

I have a 2014 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited with an LS3 originally installed by MoTech in Las Vegas. I changed out my FEAD last year and ended up using the dirty dingo mount with the Sanden Mini Compressor, but I don't think it's quite big enough to cool the big passenger cabin of the jeep. I'd like to go with the larger Sanden model. Thanks to anyone that can help!
