Default fuel line fittings

Does anybody know where I can get some metel to nylon fuel line fittings?

I bought some 3/8" nylon fuel line and I need to connect it to my steel lines, the fuel pump, fuel filter, and the fuel rail... I tried google and ebay, but my search is comming up empty.

What two parts are you trying to mate? Stock nylon fittings to a hard line fitting, like a flare? (brake line style)?

Not sure what nylon fuel line is or what exactly you're looking for. What brand fuel line is it? Any links? I'm confused.

Something like this?

You're using push to connect Nylon fittings?

If so, you'll need a push to connect hydraulic flaring tool to reflare your steel lines if they are not setup for push to connect. I have one and it works really well, but probably not worth it unless you just really want push connect custom fuel lines.

You should be able to use fittings like stealth71 posted. Or, you could use regular big truck airline fittings. They would be DOT approved fittings, which would have a little insert to keep the line straight, so it will seal better, and not try to compress crooked.

I hope you realize that the nylon fuel line isn't going to be very safe with the underhood temps it will be seeing. It might stand a lot of pressure but it won't stand heat worth a ****. Carry a good fire extinguisher with you. You're probably going to need it.

Stock Ford is nylon, and GM uses quite a bit of it, don't they?

I think almost every new GM vehicle uses nylon now.

Mine is just from Summit Racing under the Plumbing section.

The ebay link says they also carry fittings for nylon to steel ect. I would call them and ask.

http://www.ekeystone.com

That was my picture place, just from a google search. You can get those at any local big truck dealer, i.e Kenworth, Freightliner, International. Maybe even a hydraulic hose shop. I bet you could find some at an Ace Hardware too. They are just a compression fitting, like a copper tube as well.
