So what's the main reason for going back single? Those twins look pretty good under the hood already!

I wanted to change the manifolds on the twins and figured, screw it, I have a single kit that I built and have sitting in the shed. LOL

pretty narley setup.

just went through the whole thread. i actually seen it earlier at work, and emailed the link to my home email address. just spent the evening going through it.

i also have a 71'. my shell isnt as nice as yours so i have to spend money on that BS. i already picked up a 5.3 and TH400 trans. i have a gt42 garrett 102mm turbo. i was going to do a single setup. previously ive done several honda drag car builds. i know i know.. i sold all that **** and wanted to finally do my dream build of a chevelle with LS on stupid boost. i just want to get buck nasty with it....

anyways.. my question is.. what are you using for tuning software? im new to this. and previously i was able to use a software that i can datalog and adjust the ignition and A/F ratio's. could you explain what your using?

thanks. keep at it. never get rid of this car. i cant wait to beat the **** out of mine as well.

Thanks, I've been looking at the Stealth A1000/S480 but I don't know if I can stomach spending twice on injectors/fuel lines/exhaust, ect haha.

Stay at it strong, but be realistic and don't burn yourself out

HPTuners is what I use, I have a friend that helps me tune it. EFIlive is another popular choice. Stock GM ECU is used.

Loved this build since day one bro. Couple questions for you.

How much are you putting out to the wheels now with the twins and is it on E85?
What turbo would you use on a 5.3 or 6.0 to run the numbers you run now?

This thread is excellent, I want to build an LQ4 turbo setup here in AUS but we didn't get any cast iron blocks here, does anybody have any leads for a complete used LQ4/4L80E setup? I don't know anyone in the USA but could really use some local knowledge on where to go, I have a mate that ships stuff out of Compton so shipping is no worries, I just need someone I can trust over there to supply what they promise.

Time to get back to the manifold and finish it off. Wastegate mounted, not the best priority, however packaging it how I wanted left me with this. It will work for sure.

Cross over and drivers side manifold. It started out as a stock truck drivers side exhaust manifold that I slightly modified and cleaned up.

New setup looks nice and clean, what specs you running on the new BW turbo? Looks like you got some snow up there too, hard to stay focused on the car when there's fresh powder calling your name huh? lol My car got put on the back burner till I get a few rides in.
