anyone running stand alone trans controllers?

I have a TCI controller that I will be pulling off my car since I am getting rid of the paddle shifters and is this something anyone uses for conversion.

I havent read much on them. Most just switch to a manual valve body but since you already have the expensive part i would use it.

Are the paddle shifters required with that controller?

No, they are not. I run the tci controller on a 06 Z06, its logic is not the same as GM, but if u understand it it works fine.

you will need to upload an M6 tune but you should be fine... i run a compushift..

I currently have paddle shifter from twist machine installed on my car I just didn't know if you guys were using them as I am goinig a different route with the car now and looking to sell them...
