started gathering the parts for my lsx swap about a month ago, and figured it was about time to put up a build thread:

the victim: S-10 SS 50,xxx original miles, second owner.

sold beat up bed to a buddy, found one at a junk yard in much better condition

interior is completely gutted, wasnt my choice, its how i bought it:bang:

however, i have all the parts, including screws, fasteners etc

5.3 with 50,xxx miles and ls1 intake (still needs to be cleaned up and painted)

also plan on buying longtubes in the near future
more to come... should be getting cam in this weekend and hopefully get the motor painted up.

WARNING- THIS PROJECT WILL NEVER BE DONE, and will always be slower than my s10....
