Now you see why my thread has the correct name. Arm is better. Gall Bladder since removed. Mid-life crisis resolved.
Some work on car completed.
Subframe connectors welded in
Engine in for final time....I think. Wiring for motor being placed.

That alternator is an ad244. Wiring harness has a four wide connector with only middle two positions wired.
M/C is 24mm mopar. Dual 8" booster. CPP prop valve. Being a redneck, I plumbed roll-control into rear brakes.

Used the autocraft pan.
For P/S pressure hose and Stainless Works Header issue, I got a 2005 monti carlo p/s hose and cut ends off. Plan is to get short section on hydraulic hose with striaght JIC male ends and flare JIC tube nut/sleeve on end of each hardline. Seems to have alittle better clearance to header. Have some heat shield on monti p/s hose and will use it as well.

Man, your 'Bird is sweet as hell! I'm looking forward to watching this come together!
But when it comes to building a Firebird with an L92 slowly, I'm pretty sure I've got ya beat!!

Wow, eight months since update. Sorry. My son went off to college this fall, so I may finish this project by winter....
Any ways, here is update.

Radiator, trans cooler, PS cooler in and plumbed.

ECU/TCU mounted. Starter wired. Spun the motor over and got 220-235 on compression test. Oil gauge read 40 psi while cranking for compression test. Comforting as I bought the used motor several years ago.
Mount in trunk for battery/starter solenoid/cut-off done.

I set aside last weekend to do the wiring harness. I guess I was fooling myself time wise. I ran out of beer as well. Gas pedal/brake pedal are at a nice height.
And I hope to make more progress soon....

I believe we need some closure here. Car runs great. 431 rwhp. Drove to cruising the coast in October and the car performed flawlessly. Even the wife did some burnouts!
