Update on LS1 headers for 3rd Gens!

Talked with Roy at Third Gen Resource/FbodyMotor Sports today. He has a 1 5/8 inch intermediate length head that will fit a the stock K-member of a 3rd w/LS1. After a little discussion, I learned he can also do 1 3/4 inch primaries with custom length collectors. Coatings or in stainless are options. The really cool part is TGR has a 3rd they use for mocking up the headers to test and ensure they header will fit properly! The prices are reasonable. Since TGR is only a 30 minute drive away, I'm going to take a look at the 1 5/8 on Saturda. I'll try to post pictures of the new headers.

Roy also has a new A/C bracket that will allow a 3rd Gen A/C compressor to be used with an LS1. He said it will make keeping the A/C with engine swap easier.

sounds great, i wonder if those headers would work with any of the old school type swaps, chevelle etc,
