How to make Vette's gouges work on a conversion?

What other parts should I take from the original car to make the gauges work on a conversion?

Like this:

Is it possible to make it work? Or it does not worth the trouble?

Id grab the pigtail for the cluster. Not sure what your motor setup is but if its liek an fbody the tach and speedi run through the computer so you can run liens straight to the cluster from that.

Yes..very possible to get them to work..what PCM are you using?

Let's see more pictures of this Vette.

I am using an engine & PCM from a 2003 Silverado SS. I have the PCM in front of me, but don't know what number should I give you to let you know what type of PCM is it.
So there's no other device between the gauges and the PCM, like an instrument controller or something like that?

Would it be possible to do this with that PCM and a newer gauges set? Like the ones from a late Camaro or a Cadillac CTS?

You can see more pics of that build in this link

You may need to grab the bcm, I believe the bcm provides the signals for the Corvettes gauges.

On another note, that is one badass build, looks like you're incorporating the complete
ZR1 driveline onto the Novas frame. Thats awesome!

Oh! It's not my build, I just want to use the vette/camaro/CTS gauges like they are doing on that build.

These are the options I would like to use:

2008 and up Cadillac CTS:

2010 and up Camaro:

I though about going with C5 gauges in mine but decided for the stealth look.

You need to grab the PCM/BCM and any harness, sensors etc.. if you have everything. you can start by just laying it out and connect what you need and remove anything you don't.. but you might run into issue with intergraded parts and system if you remove something the might look like it is not part of they system. Not sure if the BCM is programmable or not.. have not hard if that is possible !? anyone ?

I have seen many swap that have just removed everything from the donner and swap everything over and modified what they needed to make it work.

good luck.. keep us posted...

I've researched the shit out of it and came up with nothing..:barf:
Which is something that if it was tuneable it would be tits.

That was what I was thinking about wiring them Gauges in..
