Here are some splicers and transitional splicers that can help when using a radiator that uses different hose sizes than the LSx: http://www.jagsthatrun.com/Pages/images/Coll1.jpg See this link:http://www.jagsthatrun.com/Pages/Par...eSplicers.html |

Does anyone know a part number to a hose that will work from the stock Radiator to the ls1 r what did u all do with the same set up? |
I saw a guy on here with an old camaro that just used the stock LS1 camaro upper hose. For my Nova, i just got a couple 1.5" u-bends cut and formed as needed, then welded it all up and used a couple pieces of straight hose to connect it to the rad and waterpump. |
Found these on NastyZ28 Upper: Gates part #22352 Lower: Gates Part #20734 Some trimming may be required |

Those fittings shown above will also give you an easy place to put a mech temp sensor and the steam vent which can be handy. |
1 Attachment(s) I used goodyear 62426. It was a little smaller than my upper, but I sprayed some WD-40 on and it slid right on. |
