V6 to V8 swap,both cars are 99
 

I have a 99 z28 that hit a curb,
I also have a 99 v6 hard top base model,
I read (here http://www.tacreationsusa.com/3_4_3_8_v6_to_ls1.htm) that I dont have to change the wire harness, But i know that the v8 and v6 isnt the same,

What I do know that i need to do/use are
Ls1 k member( was bent have new one),motor mounts,ecu,motor harness, change the fuel line and pump.radiator,gauge cluster,Not doing ac,I need to add the throttle cable/pedal, Use the ls1 suspension.

what i dont no is.
What airbag sensors to use,and what wire harness,

I am more then likely going to strip the v6 car to nothing and fully swap all the v8 stuff in to it. Like all the wiring from radio to fuel lines

The V6 and V8 Harnesses are very close..in all reality it's just the Engine Harness.

With yours since you want to pull everything out, if you do swap it it'll be pretty much like your Z28, just in a different shell.
