LOL, a 25lb sledge, plasma cutter, 12lb sledge, porta-power, and some vaseline!
No, really - it wasn't too bad. The biggest pain was the trans harness/plug. There was zero room for that. Some pounding and cutting was required - only for a small area. The other area was the trans cooling lines. I used some m12x1.5 to -6an adapters (i think that's the size, I need to double check) to a -6an 90* hose end.
Its not as harsh as it sounds but there aren't any other "quick and easy" alternatives.

The car is down at the moment. I'm adding a 2nd walbro, -8 fuel feed, boost referenced magnafuel regulator, and I'm switching to a 1pc driveshaft. E85 here I come!
Here is a pic of the diff flange - I got it from the driveshaft shop:

It also includes the 1350 flange yoke that bolts to it. Not a bad deal!
