jasenz's 5.3 turbo gem
 

holden gemini wagon 2200lb with me in it
plans are lm7 hx50w and a powerglide,
after some advice getting the 5.3 bolted to the glide is it a straight bolt on for converter/trans etc to flexplate or are spacers required?

looks to be a fun build!

wheels are originally 6 lug truck rims with miata centres machined to fit.
as far as engine goes i'm just starting really,
plans are
ls6 intake (purchased)
ls1 cam
injector dynamics 725's
2 bar map sensor
50mm wastegate (cat turb initially),
conversion pan as truck sump sits too low.
this car runs a borgwarner diff with small axles and lsd , so low boost initially then will upgrade as needed once the car is back up and running
