I would hunt and make sure that you have a good PCM ground. Check fuel rail pressure should be 58 psi. Which fuel line and filter setup are you running? Which fuel pump? Possibly take the injectors out and soak them, I have seen them stick if the motor has sat for a long duration of time. If it ran without dying before then it is not a VATS problem more than likely. HOWEVER you have said you've had the tune numerously redone so it could be tuner error and they did not retain VATS disable.
One way to rule out a fueling problem is to take loose a small vacuum line from the intake, have a can of ether ready, and crank it up and spritz some fluid into the intake while its running.. if it stays running.. its dropping fuel. No sense in replacing every sensor as they rarely ever go bad anyway.

From reading your posts on this thread and the last thread you started where you had the 100 psi of fuel pressure and then you installed a fpr, are you sure you have the supply and the return fuel lines on the correct nipple on the fpr?

Food for thought here... If you're running a stock PCM, when you had the O2's unplugged it would've been commanding a rich fuel ratio unless someone set the open loop fuel adder to 1.00 . Combine that with it running fine at 100psi of fuel pressure (holy **** btw), makes me think you're running super lean or you've got a huge vacuum leak.

just to clarify...originally i had an adjustable regulator with pressure indication near engine but no fuel return anywhere on system.this was reason for high fuel pressure of 100 psi. to fix that i installed Corvette filter/regulator...inlet from pump 3/8, return to tank 5/16, outlet to engine 3/8. now adjustable regulator/pressure indicator at engine says 58 psi but still no start.
