Looks great Dave.

Glad you were able to get it to work with all the pans.

As soon as we can get a TH400 transmission we can do it, we have a glide and a 350.

It is a complete re design so people can use the F body pan, we will have a TH350 and power glide Cross member next week! The K member will be an LS specific K member and should work with any pan!
Beautiful work dave. One question, will it work with a power rack?

Another data point.

Maximum Motorsports mod motor K member in a Fox will NOT fit with Pizza Man headers (Accufab / CHP / CPR / etc) in the 8.2 deck, N port with flanges, 1 7/8 primary size. I bought a cheap set which have basically become a template for a set of home built headers at this point.

SBF primary 1 hits the pass side motor mount tower on the k member.

SBF primary 2 hits the starter housing where it wraps around and behind the T56 bell housing.

SBF primary 3 barely touches the firewall, you could hammer the firewall for clearance

SBF primary 4 hits the firewall where it kicks back just below the exhaust port

SBF primary 8 hits the firewall and the steering shaft (it will hit all models of shafts)

All other primaries fit nearly perfect, but frankly, that's only three primaries on the drivers side header. The collector height is nearly perfect, but the collectors are too close to the frame rails. You could make the collector location work on a drag car but probably not on a street car.

We are sending A K Member off to Kooks this week to get headers built around our set up, they have been great and really interested in working with us, and have given us some helpful tip in making it an easier installing package! We are finishing up the TH350 and glide transmission mounts also and will have them available next week for the swap Kits!

what about the corvette oil pan?. I pulled my engine out of a 98 corvette sense the customer just wonted a new engine and sense there was no core charge I got to keep the engine( the engine came with every thing except the assessor brackets and engine harness. sum time it pays to work for a gm dealer). I currently have the QA1 k member in the car (86 hatchback) and was happy with it until I decided to do a LS1 swop and started to read about the different k members. Sense there is steal very little work coming thou the door at the dealer I might half to find a way to make the QA1 k member work. Just asking for some opinion’s from some people that know more about Ls swops than I do.

Also what front suspension, brake setup is every one running.

I am proud to say that I have the first one installed on my car. Dave himself installed it and made sure it was up to his standards. Dave took the time to answer all of my dumb questions and treated me with the upmost respect. I cant say enough about his work, his employees and himself. Thank you Dave for supporting the LS crowd with another fine Team Z product.

I had great results with AJE K member but the crossmember for the 4L60e was a total fail had to return it and modified the stock crossmember to fit.
