L92 oil pressure spikes.

L92 oil pressure spikes.
I am running a 2008 L92 out of an Escalade in a wrangler. I swapped the stock oil pan for a FBody oil pan and it has come to my attention that the FBody oil pan may not be adequate for my setup.
The theory is that the L92 produces oil pressure spikes large enough to be bled off through a residual valve.
I am not running an external oil cooler.
I'm curious about this need to bleed pressure and haven't found any extra info so I'm asking you.
Pics from the stock pan with the bleed off valve.
