Any LS swapped 60's Mustangs or Cougars?
 

I have don e a couple of LS swaps in RX-7s in the past, but now looking to do one on a '69 Cougar I have in the garage. Has anyone on here completed this swap? If so I have just a few questions I am hoping someone can shed some light on.....

1. Does anyone make an easy engine/trans mount setup? I have seen a couple of homemade mount setups online, but am wondring if there is a simple solution that mounts the engine at the right height/angle.

2. What headers are people running and what modifications were needed to make them fit?

3. Does the trans tunnel need to be adjusted to be heightened/widened or have a new shifter hole cut to to fit a GTO 4L60E/4L80E? If so would a T56 fit with less modification?

Any info, pics or guidance will help. I have searched these forums and the web to get as much info as possible on this swap, but it is limited. Thanks in advance.
