I put my turbo drain in the timing cover just like you but my stock truck balancer wouldn't clear. How close is yours to the balancer? Had to cap it and move to the oil pan on mine. |
It's pretty close but it will fit. I'll get more pics up tomorrow |

Looks good. I must have welded my bung a little to close to the crank side of timing cover. It only liked probably a 1/16 inch clearing the pulley. Oh well I'm going to try again in the timing cover when the 4.8 blows and I go to a 6.0 |

I had to move the upper radiator hose down 1.5" to clear the boost pipe |
