Urgent! Swapped LS1 shuts off at 1500 rpm **not resolved
Finally I have it running, in less than 12 hours I am having it registered. But it doesn't run properly. It stalls on WOT and it is like a rev limiter at 1500 rpm also. I ran it to 4000 once and then it started shutting off.
It is an LS1 out of another swapped project, so it has worked before. TH350 box.
Any ideas?

It wasn't the fuel leak causing it.
Here is what happens: everything is fine until I reach about 4000 rpm, then it starts to die when I accelerate past 1500. The engine pauses for a fraction of a second untill rpm drops below 1500. A restart resets the problem and I can thrash around again. But not at elevated rpms.
Haven't been able yet to establish a connection via the OBD port. Don't know what is wrong there, so I can't diagnose on the fly.

Finally the OBD hooked up.
Fault code P1336, crank position sensor, is all I get. The live data with MAF and throttle position does not seem weird when it shuts off at 3800. Same every time. I can do burnouts as long as that rpm is not exceeded.
Can't get fuel pressure reading via OBD. Guess that sensor has been removed. I'll try and borrow something to connect at the rail.
It is the stock MAF. I have yet not thought about cleaning it. But it runs so smooth with small amounts of air drawn.
Haven't put the IAT inside the air duct yet, but it is connected and working.
