I am somewhat concerned about this trans mount:
The little poly biscuits don't really allow for much rotational movement and I would be afraid that as the engine rocked over under power it would put undue strain on the tailshaft housing. Just my 2 cents...maybe 4..

Just to clarify, this mount is not a Hooker part. It is something I sourced to use on the 99-04 swap as there isnt a mounting system for them yet. This piece has had nothing but positive reviews. I haven't heard any of any failures with the mount or damage to tailshafts.

For anyone following for updates, the Hooker SN95 Mustang LS engine adapter plates are on the shelf and available on the Holley website. It will take a week or so for them to get listed on other sites I imagine. If you want to search for them by the part number, it's 71221011HKR.

For those who have been following this thread, the transmission mounting components (crossmembers and adapters) in the Hooker SN95 Mustang swap system have been released, are up on the Holley website and are available. The 4L80 and 4L60-4L70 adapters are the only parts not available to ship today as they are awaiting boxing to be put up on the shelf.

Could you get me the part #s for what I need for 94 sn95. Mostly unsure on the part # for motor mounts found part number on motor mounts for 96-98 but not for the 94 read that I believe it uses a different one. would be looking for LS with 4l60 thanks

The 94-95 cars require a hybrid combination of parts due the them being factory equippped with the 5.0 engine and K-member.
You'll need to use the Hooker Fox Body engine brackets, which are still winding their way through the release process, with the Hooker 71222012HKR transmission crossmember and 71223012HKR trans spacer.
Once your engine and trans are mounted, you would use the Hooker SN95 headers and exhaust systems if you were wanting to go in that direction.

Can't get a response through Facebook messenger from Hooker's page. Tried calling and none of the prompts work. The rep at motorstate has sent several e-mails and just gets the response "another two weeks."
Can you tell me whats up with this? Problems with the design?

I have had the #705013134RHKR system on order since the first week of February through Motorstate. ETA was initially 2/18. The ETA keeps getting pushed back further and further. Current ETA I've been told now is 4/30.

I just had a discussion with the packer in the shipping department today about his intent to get the Fox Body engine mounting brackets (all 5 versions) boxed up by Friday or Monday. I'm looking forward to those becoming available for everyone who's been waiting on them. I thought I read that you went another route for engine brackets in the recent past?

No Todd, you and I exchanged emails this past summer about me trying the SN95 headers with my current setup(MMKM 2.1 with my own mounts using Jeep isolators) but you thought they would not work so I decided to go with your package. I now have everything but the brackets. Hope to have them by the first week in May.

Yes, I actually bought the new k member in December when they were on sale, I have the Camaro mounts and I bought the headers in January, so I'm just waiting on the brackets, I'm hoping to recoup some of my costs by selling my current set-up. We'll see.

Oh I forgot I also have the 202-3 oilpan and dipstick.

Hey speedshifter. I'm sorry to hear about the extended wait and I empathize with your frustration. No, there's no issue with the design, it's purely a manufacturing related issue and those guys have been working hard to catch up with the backlog of orders for a while. I don't work in that department, so I don't know where that particular system lies in the pecking order of parts to run. I'll see if I can find out something further tomorrow.
Did you happen to find anything out for me? 4/30 came and went. Still no exhaust.
