Default Who makes an LS1 remote water pump adapter like this?

Does anyone know where I can get a water pump adapter like this? The one in the picture shows it as a single pieced unit, but I would almost prefer the top/bottom to be two separate pieces for ease of installation/removal when needed.

Looks like someone bought some waterpump spacers and welded tubes to them.

That's a ToyJet product. Here's a link to their site: http://toy-jet.com/

Seems a bit expensive for a part that looks roughly made on the toy-jet site. I suppose I'll just have to find a local fab shop to make up a set for me to how I need it.
