LS2 Swap won't start with MAF connected
 

I'm trying to get my LS2 swap where it can be road ready and after having issues with the original ECM and pedal, I swapped in a new one. I put applied a Stock CTS-V tune, not pedal TB and ECM all seem happy. The car will not crank with the MAF connected, when I disconnect it fires up. If I connect the MAF while the car is running, car dies. I'm going to try another MAF today, but I wanted to know if there is something else to look at in case nothing changes. Since I can't return the MAF once its installed, I want to make sure I'm on the right track.
