Looking good, I am using the same Dominator ECM amd amd putting mine all together now as well. I will sub here and hope to share some info when we can.. Doug...
P.S. I have a similar Fox aftermarket K-Member and curious if you built all from the motor to the stock ford fox mounts or bought part of it. Are you happy with the way the motor is sitting in the car with the pictured setup.

that gave me the plates to bolt to the motor, the urathane mounts, and “ears” that were meant to be welded to a frame or something. I welded the “ears” or large tabs to a plate which bolts to the fox k-member.
i’ll Try to post some more pics.
i’ve very Happy with its placement so far. Had enough room for the 3-roe Aluminum f-body Radiator and big ford Taraus 2 speed fan. The truck oil pan does sit lower than most people are comfy with, but it is what it is “if he dies, he dies”. But my car isn’t a stud muffin 95% show car that will ever been super low to the ground. I prefer the “last muscle car” stance more than “I’m a drag car, but like to look like I’m ready for a road course “. If another $500 isn’t gonna hurt your feelings, no a bad idea to get one before finalizing the motor placement. You could maybe drop the motor another 1/2” with a car style pan. The alternator will hit if you keep the truck style accy. My cowl hood almost cleared, but I was gonna need to grind the alternator and/or the hood a bit.
i just got the 3” Downpipe today from a fellow LS1 tech Member. Once it’s on, I can install the area space hood pins up front and push lock rear pins and finally have a hood.
Drove the car a couple blocks to a local car show this evening. Finally found a brave sole to be the first one to ride in

The mounts were tack welded using two car batteries ran in series with a stick welder rod.
i built this car with no power in my shop
Spot welded so I could remove the motor, and remove the mounts to take them to the shop I work in to be fully mig welded.

Looks like a good solution, I was undecided between something like this and cutting out the ford style k-member mounts and working from the block down to the k-member. I picked up an F body pan used for $100 earlier this week. Gonna do my can. springs and pan swap in the coming days and then start fitting it down in. Wish you lived close I tell you to bring it over, i am spoiled with shop and tools after 35 years of hot rods and racing. Just getting old and tireder is my bog down when I have one.

Also put your headers your gonna use on while placing them motor. My driver turbo header was very close to my steering rack boot. I’m sure header clearance could be “a thing” for NA cars too.

Got the 3” Downpipe from 93notch. Very happy with what I got for what I paid shipped.
Going to to try to get another O2 bung added on before I heat wrap it.
i figured their might be some small differences with his engine placement vs mine. Or maybe he runs a T56 instead of a 4L80e but the mount for the trans inspection plate is in the way a bit. But very happy with it still because tweaking this will be a lot easier than building one from scratch like I was fixing to do.

i’m not Complaining at all
so I chopped that ear off and it fits much much better !!
i’m going To space the coil pack bracket up away from the DP 3/4” toward the intake manifold.
And while I was “adjusting” things, I found THIS !!
Number-o uno The ON3 kit continues its legacy of burnt spark plug wires lol. This was wrapped in double wall “plug wire heat wrap sleeve”.

So I started what I said I was gonna do from the beginning. Just.... this **** really gets under my skin (pun intended). So I didn’t want to wrap it up till I knew I wasn’t gonna need to “adjust” anything.
