Default Are these conversion motor mount plates similar to the S&P plates?

I found these searching eBay

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...sPageName=STRK

Are these the same thing as what Street and Performance sells to mount an LS1 to a SBC mount?

Like if someone had a AJE K Member with SBC mounts, would these work to mount an LS1?

Default yes!

they are identical. i was unpleased with the fit of the s&p plates, i was under the impression they not only moved the mount locations forward but also lined them up to fit into a standard type mount location. when i tried this with a mount that i use all the time for early small blocks, it was off by quite a bit. i was less than impressed so i built ones that would do what i needed.

Doesn't matter...I found some that work better.
