Cooling question... the coolent line that goes into the throttle body... what to do with it? can i plug it off? is it under pressure? can i run it into my over flow res?

Normally, the vent tubes flow coolant through the TB on their way to the radiator. There's an in and an out on the TB. Those can be disconnected completely thus allowing no coolant to flow through the TB. As long as the lines from under the intake manifold are run to your radiator, you're fine.
