You need to put your back brakes on the front of your car.

92CamaroReallySlow Jun 19, 2005 08:58 PM

I agree...but it doesnt work out that way unfortunatly. Eventually I will put some bigger brakes up front, but I dont have that kind of money right now, so Adjustable proportioning valve it is for right now.

you also need to flip around the rear passenger tire, looks likes it on backwards based on tread design.

Ya I feel ya on the too much to buy with not enough money. They are the 17x9.5's. The cars runnin fine right now, still waiting on solving the header issue. Still so many parts to buy though. But Id like to get the car streetable before the end of summer. Another things I have to solve is my steering. I am hoping I can take it to a good shop so they can redo my powersteering lines and align everything correctly. But other than that its doin ok.

yea I know, I did it for esthetic purposes for the pictures because 2 of the rims are in better condition than the other even though you cant really tell in the pics. They will be switched around before I really drive the car anywhere.

Looks great, I love ZR1's or the SS 10 spokes on '91-'92 z28s!!!

RedLS1IROC- you're right... nothing better looking that a clean 3rd gen!

84z28ls1 Jul 1, 2005 09:44 PM

That looks awesome!!! I'm painting the car a black pearl and was throwing around the idea of painting the ground fx silver like it was from the factory with the zr1 wheels. But its been hard to visualize it and now you've changed my mind. Its gonna be all black. What kind of spacers did you use for the wheels? Very very nice car.

92CamaroReallySlow Jul 2, 2005 01:38 AM

Thanks 84z28ls1 and Gta91. I feel ya 84z with trying to visualize the car, you dont want to do it and have it turn out not like you expected, but silver zr1's with silver gfx could look really good if its done correctly, then again it might not. But it is true that there is nothing sexier than all black car. Take some pics of your car when its done getting painted and post em up. The spacers I am using I bought off of a friends friend that had them custom made. They looked pretty well made and the guy I bought them off of said he never had any problems with them so well see. They are 2 1/8th inches.
