Default Flex a lite 210 in 94>s10's

Those of you who have ran the flex 210's on a 4.3 radiator how is the performance in hot weather with the a/c on. I have the 2 and 3/8 thick core and a brand new radiator. Running down the road I am not too concerned with but sitting in traffic on a 105 degree day has me concerned. I was going to run caravan fans on mine, fits the radiator perfectly but they are just too damm thick. I'm debating on ordering the 210s from Jegs fairly quickly if that is what it is going to take. The ls2 water pump gave a lot of extra room but still need some more. I want to get done with this thing and it's one of the last hurdles.

My 220 works great. I can idle for an hour and it will get up to like 210...but I start moving and it drops to about 204. The hottest I have ever had it go up to was 218 and that was becuase one fan didnt kick on cause the relay was bad. Besides that it will stay cool and at 55mph it will run about 182 constantly. I have a 160 tstat and have fans set on at 175low speed and 190 high speed. You dont really need the 210 unless you are NOT using the PCM to control fans. just get the 220. And yes I have the 4.3HD radiator also.

OH I should mention those temps are with A/C on MAX. Without the A/C on its hard to see temps over about 185. I can drive it HARD before it will go above that. Just the A/C will add about 20 degrees to your coolant temp.

The 220 is what I ordered should be here in a couple of days hopefully. It looks like I should be covered with my combination.
