picked up a external walbro 255 pump, -8 AN fitting, -6 AN fitting, and the adapters to make the fuel rails accept -6 fittings.

You may want to check on the VSS. The computer likes it for keeping tabs on road speed vs engine RPM and such. The T400 won't care but the computer may.

hmm.... cant i just turn that off with LS1 edit? i mean i could make a output tone wheel, but would rather not, for simplicity.

In a 6 speed car the computer doesnt rely at all on the vss. Same for this application. When you have a 4l60e the engine uses it for advancing and retarding timing before and after shifts, and such. So, no, you dont need a vss for this setup. Good luck tomorrow on the teeths, lol. Like I said, my vet will do it for 16 bucks a tooth. Think about that, lol.

lazy bastard......

i twin sticked the NP205 tonite, and got it back together. mounted the case to the back of the tranny. from engine fan to driveshaft yoke is 71 inches
less than appealing for my rear driveshaft, but we'll see. especially since the cruiser rear axle is offset. if worst come to worst, ill pull the relatively weak rear toyota axle, and put a Dana 60,70, or a built 9 inch.

dana 60 or 70, i wont have to build it (gears and discs) but it will be heavy as hell, and ground clearance suffers. 8 lug as well.

9 inch, im going to have to fully build it, 35 or 40 spline axles, nod center, gears, discs, and probably get a fabbed housing for the strength. but clearance will be better.

this is how im going to suspend the whole thing. hopefully it will balance its self a little.

well moved some shait around in the garage so i can make some room, and so i can finally get my fuggin bikes outta the garage so i can ride them

popped the clutch and gave the little death bomber and the BMW a blast around the block.... havent rode them for a month!

i picked up the LSX drivetrain and holy crap! it is perfectly balanced from that spot! it doesnt lean forwards or backwards, just picked up like it was sitting on the ground. LEVEL! SCHWEET!

then i really got some ju-ju in my pants, and tried to yank the landcruiser 2F/trans/tcase. this thang just isnt coming out without another person. i mean it *could* come out by myself, struggling for a hour or two, and beating the crap out of everything, but it would take 10 minutes w/ someone else pushing on the tcase down. it doesnt clear the tub and some mounts on the frame just swinging out.

ganked the engine/trans/tcase, cleaned and painted the frame/firewall/stuff with ruststop! paint, built/fabbed and made the front bumper, swung the LS6/trans/tcase in, and cut the rear crossmember and sheetmetal to make it fit.

scratched up my new paint to hell. sucks working by yerself. more pics in a second.

gonna use stock motor mounts, and the small motor plate thing that the motor mount bolts up to. need to go to the junk yard and snag another one to make it work on the other side of the engine. bought new motor mounts today (100 bucks! crap!)

so basically ill i need to do is just make some plates that come up the inside rail and drill some holes into them to make the factory crap bolt up.

need to make a rear crossmember for the trans and tcase. soon.

its coming together.

is this the flange i need to put an exhaust on the back of my stock manifolds? it seems like my bolt holes are "longer" than these, i.e. the upper 2 are spaced farther apart than the lower one......

You might won't to try some F-body exhaust manifolds those look like the trucks. The F-body's are rear dump but they don't kick out like the trucks.

did a disc brake conversion to the 14 bolt put 4.56's in it. welded the spiders. still need to set the pinion angle, and get the perches burned in.

trying to sell my super built landcruiser axles and get a front dana 60.

bought some hummer wheels/tires, two sets. gonna run one set as street tires, other set around 39.5-42 inch flavor.

driveshafts are being a ****. still thinking them out.
