69 Chevelle with LS3
71 Chevelle,
Yes, I have some metal repops that I am hoping will work. I may have too trim a little for 275mm front tire but not sure

Wiring is almost done just a few things on that end.

Still have some plumbing on the brakes and a small section of fuel line.
Starting work through all the other nagging issues such as the sway bar hitting the tie rods. I have seen this issue discussed in depth over at Team Chevelle and I think I will try taller end links.

Good luck with it and hope to see some more progress soon. I know it's easy to get burnt out on big projects like this and lose interest sometimes. Nice to be able to just step away and take a break once in awhile.
I did fire the car last weekend with open headers (no exhaust yet) Runs really smooth but for some reason the DBW pedal gave no throttle. I had to leave for a Family vacation and just got back Today so I hope later this week to mess with it. I already looked at the obvious but plan to see if has any codes.
here is a few more recent pictures

did you end up keeping the fuel tank, or is that a new one?
Tim
Yes I am still working on it when time permits. I have been following your progress on your car and it is coming along nicely.
That is the same tank I had. The Ron Davis radiator is a nice piece and I am embrassed by the chrome $20.00 brace on top of it
but form and function is my theme right now.We checked the codes and they were P2127 and P2122. The vette pedal needed to be bent a little to fit my extra large tunnel. Bottom line I think we got too much heat on it. I ordered a Monte Carlo style pedal but it will be a 7-10 days from Canada.
you used the gm ecu correct? how has it been so far? i was set on a mast motor, but now im still floating around with the idea of using a wegner. they will use whatever ecu i want.
Tim

Gotta a quick question how much of the Upol Raptor liner did it take to do the underside of the Chevelle? Love the cleanliness of it!

I love the stance with those wheels!
