Default Gen V LT1 tr6060 into 4th gen

Researching doing a full swap to a dropout new LT1/tr6060 into my 94 and assembling a parts list. My car is gutted, hard top manual windows, airbags removed, HVAC removed already. Goal is a reliable, reasonably quiet to start early mornings, comfortable to drive 5 hours for work trips, which is partly why I’m abandoning my 355 gen II build that’s been sitting around for 12 years, other reason was realizing a stock gen V makes more power than a fully built gen II 355.

Parts I know I need:
LS1 k member
holley LS to gen V motor mount adapters
Holley or aftermarket gen V retrofit oil pan
petal assembly
New headers, having a hard time finding gen V headers for 4th gen, who makes them?
X pipe and some sort of new exhaust

Parts in question:
do I need the Holley conversion oil pan if I have the tubular k member? Or if I do the conversion oil pan can I use a stock ls1 k member?
Can I use the gen V harness and guages, or do I need/better off with a Holley terminator?
What is the ignition key situation? Do I need a new column?
new radiator and fans?
Have a walbro 255 now but what else for fuel system?

Any reference builds around? Only one I found dead ended. Pic of car for reference, want it to stay looking like a shitbox for now. Have had the car for 20 years and wife agrees it’s time to make it useable again for me to drive to work trips instead of just rotting away in my enclosed trailer and buying another car.

You will also need a tunnel mount torque arm, as the TR-6060 will not have provisions for your stock one. I would guess that yes, you will need the conversion pan. I have a tubular K-member in my car and it doesn't provide much extra space between the pan and K-member. As for PCM, are you trying to keep direct injection or swap to port? Either way the Holley would be my choice.

I have a tunnel mount already, and an LS1 steering rack which I know is needed for clearance. Hoping to keep DI, want it to be a simple swap to operate like a tuned full boltons stock motor. Doing more research, looks like I should be ok with a stock ls1 k member, and a retro pan though there’s a bunch of much cheaper options than Holley that have good reviews. Tubular street duty k members don’t save enough weight if it doesn’t help with clearance.

The one I’m stuck on is headers. I havnt called any companies yet but from what I’m reading LS headers don’t fit, and I can’t find any long tubes for a gen V LT1 in a 4th gen. Do you have a link or how to search for chris1313? I have an old ls1 lid cold air scoop from him from 20 years ago.

Also fuel system, maybe the walbro 255 is enough supply but don’t know enough about other adapters or the DI fuel system. Would be nice to put in a plastic higher gallon LS tank if I can find one but not a necessary part of the build.

Over ambitious hope is to have all the parts here, and in 1 weekend get it done, in a 2 car garage. I’ve swapped the motor on this car a couple times before, take it out the bottom, slide old out, new in, this time it’s going from a gen II to a gen V so little more wiring involved. Not like it’s a DD but I do have 3 kids I don’t need touching **** when it’s half apart.
