Yes, they came with the car when purchased new. Seems like a jerk thing to do but many owners separated them when they sold to get a few hundred extra $'s. I bought mine from the classified section here but you should also check Ebay as well.

Be sure to check Craigslist daily for Camaro parts. I found a couple boots on Craigslist that I paid $40 for one and $60 for another that was almost new, would have kept one but its hard not to resell them on Ebay for a big profit.
Like said above keep searching the classifieds on here as well.

They do come with the convertible when the car is new. It did on my T/A. Comes in 3 sections with a soft carrying storage case that has dividers inside for each piece. Fits in the trunk. Expect to pay up to $200 on ebay for the real deal. If you find one for less, good deal!

craigslist is the best place, I bought one off CLs for $75 shipped turned out to be the wrong color, sold it on ebay for $400 and still found the one I need on tech classifieds for $150 shipped.

OP, if you are reading this still, did you see this one? You might get it for about that $200 or so. Bidding ends in two days as I post this:

There much cheaper in the winter. Be careful on your color. I bought one years ago and thought it was black and it was freaking grey. If you don't find one i might sell you mine. It's in ment condition and in the carry bag. I got that a the RK sport and i never use either one.

The look is very nice making the design of the 'vert just flow. I use mine all the time as it keeps all the crap out of that area, from pollen to leaves and anything else. Takes a whole 1 minute to put on. The hardest part is putting it back in the bag.
