Assembled/painted Chromoly 6 point $600

Nice thing about convertibles, just grind it off the floor, lift it out of my car and sit in yours.
sounds like a good deal unfortunately I won't be able to make it down there thanks for the offer though also the ease of installation does sound like a big plus

I’m kinda surprised how many people run unpadded Roll ages in their street cars! Pretty damn dangerous without a helmet on!

Hey Blackbirdws6, what was the brand of rollbar that you had in the T/A. I know it is an old post but very nice looking ride.

Old post but:
Rhodes Race Cars makes an excellent F body 4-6-8-10 point. Choices because they ship you the pieces and you weld it together. Best results welds the roll bar to the SFC's. No need to cut the floor to do it. Just drill holes right through the unibody into the SFC. Bolt the sandwich of roll bar mounting plate, floor and SFC together, then weld everywhere in sight. Excellent result. See my photos in various previous threads.

"Pretty damn dangerous" with a padded roll cage too. The human head is much more vulnerable to side impact than front or back. Back seat passengers' sans helmet can be killed by the car just tagging a curb. Even with padding. Front seat folks banging they're head on the roll bar behind them are not much safer. Proper installation means getting the bar far away from front passengers. No placement will protect rear seat passengers. Delete the rear seats or never allow anyone back there, even with deleted seats. Even dogs can easily be killed there.
