Should fit fine aside from the usual SLP Ground Clearance issues. I had regular pacesetters and ORY on my Vert 02 WS6 with no issues. As far as I know, there is nothing convertible specific about the exhaust.

I have Pace setters, Along with a flowmaster 3 inch exhaust and it all fits under mine. I even have a driveshaft loop and still have the X brace on(took some moding)
