Default P0160 code(heated 02 sensor)

Well I got a code that popped up the other day which was P0160. Which is according to stengel.site is
P0160 Heated Oxygen Sensor (HO2S) Circuit Insufficient Activity Bank 2Sensor 2. I'm also getting p0171/p0174 but that happened after I put on the vararm airbride, and ported throttle body and removed maf screen. I read up you get those lean codes when you add that airbride though.

I noticed that before I got the code and would get on the car I would get a funky smell coming from the cat area like almost rotten egg/sulfur smell. My city gas mileage is now 14-15mpg but highway still about 28-30mpg. A few weeks later this code came up. So I am assuming one of the 02's are going out already? Car is a 01 with 58K. Which of the four 02's is it? Also I was wondering if it's one of my front 02's can I use one of my rear 02's since I will be having those deleted with the tune I'm getting from ECS and just plug the rears? Thanks

The smell really makes me think it is a bad cat if they are still on the car. The smell means something is wrong. Sounds like a bad cat.

Yeah but the cats are built into the manifolds on the vette so I can't just swap them out.

That not true. They are part of the mid pipe. Find a 2002 and later mid-pipe that does not have the pup cats on them.

if you have been driving it with that code then when you do get the new cats for it i would replace that o2sensor as well. the longer you drive it your more prone to making the o2sensor go out anyways so just replace it when the cats are replaced

I got the ecu back from ECS(awespme tune btw) and I had them delete the rears so no more codes. When I get LT's I will be getting new 02's at the same time since they are cheap enough. Thanks for the help guys
